YES, all products come with a 3 year or 5 year warranty against any/all manufacturing defects and/or any other issues pertaining to the material used with in the stipulated time of the warranty period depending on the warranty selected. We offer 3 years warranty on the furniture made of Pre-laminated MDF and, 5 years warranty on the furniture made out of Plywood.

3 year warranty - Pre-laminated MDF: -

1. Decorative laminates is pressed on to the surface of our MDF panel which has a design/decor surface which is factory finished.
2. Offered in wide range of shade in both solid & wood grain shades rendered by specialized imported decor laminates worldwide with uniform glue absorption properties.
3. Types of surface finish- Glossy & Matt.

5 year warranty - Plywood:-

1. Different grades of wood veneer pressed together with quality resins to form the base plywood material.
2. It is water proof and water resistant and available in different range of thickness.
3. Better quality, resistance and durability than the normal particle boards.
4. Quality in this context means resistance to cracking, breaking and shrinkage, twisting and warping.

The warranty does not apply on the product in case

1. Any damage occurring to the product either directly/indirectly due to any external forces (like wear & tear, scratches, delamination, discoloration etc.)
2. Any damage occurring due to improper/ inadequate usage of the product. (Improper operation, accident, neglect, abuse, chemical reactions / treatments etc.)
3. Use of these products in locations and situations outside of the product purpose will void this warranty.
4. Pest infestation.
5. Unauthorized modifications or changes done without prior written consent / authorization of the company.
6. Any defects occurring due to negligence.
7. Warranty of the product shall not be extended for any reason including non-usage of any products for a long time during the warranty period shall not draw any warranty extension
8. Accidents: Following accidental damage does not cover under warranty
• Any sort of fire accidents
• Any accidents occurring due to natural external forces (example: earthquake, flood etc..)

• All our furniture has been fitted with high quality Hettich and Hafele hardware.
• Handle and locks will be different but yet from a durable brands.

• It depends on site condition / space provided to assemble and install the product.
• The quantity of furniture ordered.

Thank you for asking! We require just two things from you.

• Free space of at least 8 feet by 10 feet adjacent to the furniture location for assembly and installation
• A power connection point for usage of electrical tools during installation. At this point, it is not always possible for us to carry a power source.

Lastly, good co-operation with our technicians would be highly appreciated.

The usage of material used for manufacture depends upon the type of the warranty that you have opted for – 3 year & 5 year.

For 3 year warranty we use the pre-laminated MDF and for 5 year warranty we use a combination of pre-laminated high grade Plywood (for the major parts of the product) and MDF.

All the product interior will have laminate finish.

Here are more details for you to understand:

1. Products with 3 years warranty are manufactured using pre-laminated MDF boards
• All Shutters – 18 mm pre-laminated MDF
• Side Panels – 18 mm pre-laminated MDF
• Back Panel – 6 mm pre-laminated MDF
2. Products with 5 years warranty are manufactured using BWR (Boiled Water Resistant) plywood with high quality laminates
• All Shutters – 18 mm plywood + laminate finish
• Side Panels – 18 mm plywood + laminate finish
• Back Panel – 6 mm plywood + laminate finish

Sorry!! At this point, it is not possible for us to take up retrofit jobs for furniture. If you already have furniture and would like to get them replaced, we recommend you get them uninstalled by a third party. Once the space is free, we will install the new furniture for you.

Sorry!! we do not accept any returns or exchange for the delivered furniture as most of the product(s) are custom made for every customer. Fear not, our team takes utmost care in recreating your dream piece of furniture and promising to deliver our promise, “what you see is what you get”.

However, in case of any damages found at the time of delivery, we will replace the defective piece with a new one.
