DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT:

Shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of Monnaiedecoro before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by our logistics/ delivery network or if the area is not covered, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address.

We do not deliver the products internationally. You can make purchases on the website from anywhere in the world but ensure the shipping address is in India and the location that we have our delivery presence.

If you purchase multiple Products in a single transaction,the products might be shipped at different dates which will be intimated to you depending upon the frequency of our delivery dispatch.

NO RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS:

Currently there are no return policies available in Monnaiedecoro as,all the products are made to order post order confirmation and payment.

REFUNDS:

Refund is only possible if the payment made against an order is cancelled before the specified time frame of 6 hours, the order amount will be credited to you within 20-days from the day of initiating the refund.  If a Product is cancelled with in the allotted time for cancellation of the order (please read the delivery & cancellation on the website) or if the product is returned due to damages caused during transit, the value of such Product, as originally paid by You will be refunded to You. Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment and Monnaiedecoro or the approved payment gateway will credit Your refunds directly into Your debit/credit card or online account.

B)In no event shall Monnaiedecoro, its officers, directors, employees, partners or vendors be liable to You or any third party for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential damages whatsoever, including those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not Monnaiedecoro has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortuous action, or any other claim arising out of or in connection with Your purchase of the products and services herein. 

GOVERNING LAW:

A) All terms provided hereby are governed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles.

B) All claims, differences and disputes arising under or in connection with or in relation to the Terms of Sale or any transactions entered into on or through the website or the relationship between You and Monnaie Decoro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Palakkad district and you hereby accede to and accept the jurisdiction of such courts.
